Careful in-situ cleaning for curtains and drapes. Dust, odours and sun-dulled colour lifted without shrinkage, while they hang.
Curtains quietly absorb years of dust, cooking odours and sunlight, and because taking them down is such a chore, they are often the most neglected fabric in the house. We clean most curtains in situ, while they hang, using low-moisture techniques that protect linings, headers and delicate weaves from shrinkage. Colour lifts, odours go, and your curtains are back to framing the room by the time we leave.

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?+
For most homes, every 6–12 months keeps carpets healthy and looking their best. Homes with pets, children or allergies benefit from cleaning every 6 months, and a yearly deep clean is often a condition of carpet warranties.
How long will my carpets take to dry?+
Typically 2–4 hours with our extraction equipment, and often faster with low-moisture methods. We advise on drying times before we start and ventilate rooms as we work.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?+
Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic solutions as standard. Once the carpet is dry, rooms are completely safe for little ones and pets.
Which fabrics can you clean?+
Almost all of them, cotton, linen, wool, velvet, chenille, microfibre and synthetic blends. We test every fabric for colour-fastness first and choose the method to suit; genuinely dry-clean-only pieces are cleaned with low-moisture techniques.
How long does a sofa take to dry?+
Most upholstery is touch-dry in 2–4 hours and fully dry within 4–6. Low-moisture methods on delicate fabrics can be dry in under two hours.
Can you remove pet odours from my sofa?+
Yes. We treat the source, not just the smell, using enzyme-based deodorisers that break down odour-causing bacteria safely.
Do you need to take my curtains down?+
No. In almost all cases we clean curtains in place while they hang, which avoids shrinkage, saves you the cost of re-hanging, and means the room is back to normal the same day.
Will my curtains shrink?+
No. Shrinkage happens when fabrics are soaked or machine-washed. Our controlled low-moisture process keeps moisture well below the level where shrinkage occurs.
Can you clean delicate or lined curtains?+
Yes. Silks, velvets, interlined and blackout-lined curtains are all cleaned with methods matched to the fabric after testing an inconspicuous area.
